OUR STORY
Why Ash & Bloom
A name rooted in renewal.
Our name honors two truths we see every day in practice. Ash acknowledges the weight of what people carry — the burnout, loss, trauma, and quiet struggles that bring patients to our door. Bloom represents what becomes possible with the right support: clarity, steadiness, and a life that feels like your own again.
Ash & Bloom Wellness PLLC was founded to close a gap Dr. Scott saw across his years in psychiatric care: patients who felt rushed through fifteen-minute visits, handed a prescription, and left to manage the rest on their own. That isn’t the kind of psychiatry we practice.
Instead, we take the time to understand the full picture — medical, emotional, relational, and lifestyle — and build a plan with you, not for you. That means medication when it helps, therapy when it’s right, and integrative practices like nutrition, movement, and sleep woven in when they can move you forward.

WHAT WE STAND FOR
Our Core Values
Four commitments that shape every visit, every plan, and every conversation.
| 01CollaborationShared decision-making throughout. Your goals lead the plan. We explain options clearly, weigh trade-offs together, and adjust as your life changes. You stay in the driver’s seat. | 02Whole-Person CareYour mind, your body, your life. Sleep, stress, relationships, nutrition, and movement all influence mental health. We consider the full picture — not just the prescription pad. |
| 03Evidence-BasedGuided by research and experience. Every recommendation is grounded in current psychiatric research and informed by years of clinical practice across diverse populations. | 04CompassionSeen, heard, and respected. You deserve a provider who listens without rushing and holds space for what’s hard — free of judgment, free of stigma. |
